ST AUGUSTINE, FL – Today, Mike Davis announces the endorsements of Commissioner Mark Miner and St. Johns County Property Appraiser Sharon Outland.
“As a two time Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, I understand the sacrifices our Veterans make every day, and I am passionate about our responsibility to honor and care for Veterans and their families. Mike Davis has been a champion for the over 20,000 Veterans in our community, and he will be a champion for Veterans in Tallahassee. I have absolute confidence that as a member of the Florida House, Mike will be a constant protector of those who have sacrificed so much to protect us.”
“Mike has been a leader and a selfless servant to St. Johns County for years. His successes in running a strong business, tackling tough issues in our community and tirelessly working to help others are built on his foundation of faith and family. No one better understands our issues and no one is better equipped to represent us in Tallahassee. I’m honored to call Mike a friend, and I am proud to endorse his candidacy for the Florida House of Representatives,” said Miner.
“I am proud to have the support of two more St Johns County officials for whom I have great respect. Both Commissioner Miner and Ms. Outland have served and represented our county admirably. I continue to be humbled by the support I have received, and I look forward to working with our leaders in keeping St. Johns County the best place to live and work. These relationships will benefit the constituents of St Johns County greatly if I am elected to the Florida House,” said Davis.
Davis is President of A.D. Davis Construction, a family business. He grew up in St. Augustine and now, with his wife of 23 years, Darcy, raise four children there. Davis has served on many community boards, and is past president of the St. Augustine Rotary, the St. Augustine YMCA and The Arc of St. Johns.
Davis has also been endorsed by Rep. Bill Proctor, Sheriff David Shoar, and Associated Industries of Florida.
